1. Return Eligibility

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

E-liquids, disposables, and clearance items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

We will arrange a replacement or partial refund after verification.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, notify us immediately. We will cover return shipping and correct the issue.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
5. Lost Packages
Once your package is shipped, we provide tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or postal issues. However, we’ll do our best to assist in locating them.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
