Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit card payments through a secure third-party gateway to ensure your transaction is safe and encrypted.
Q: Why did my payment fail?
A: Please check that your card supports international payments and that all billing information is correct. If issues persist, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation or change. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship worldwide? How long does delivery take?
A: Yes, we offer global shipping. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours.
Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days (Ship from Germany warehouse).
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days (Ship from China warehouse).
The Delivery time is depending on your location and chosen shipping warehouse.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to locate the package or arrange a solution.
3. Age & Legal Compliance
A: Yes. You must be at least 18 or 21 years old, depending on your local laws. We perform age verification and reserve the right to cancel orders from underage users.
4. Product Issues & Returns
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A: Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on our Refund & Return Policy.
Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Disposables, opened products, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
